The Department of Education released a report on reading test scores for 4th and 8th graders yesterday entitled "Reading 2009 Trial Urban District Assessment: Results at Grades 4 and 8" which looks at National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) scores for 4th and 8th graders at 18 large urban school districts.
